Barefoot sandal maker, Feel The World, Inc. of Boulder, Colorado, is
introducing two new sandals at the Outdoor Retailer trade show in Salt
Lake City this week.
Called Sensori and Sensori Cloud, both
products are a modern upgrade of the tire sandals worn by the Tarahumara
Indians of Mexico.
Both products give wearers the fun and
freedom of being barefoot, but with a layer of protection and a
fashion-forward design that looks as good during a run or a yoga class
as it does in a New York City night spot.
"People wear Xero Shoes
for everything from taking a walk, to hiking, camping, yoga, hitting
the beach, or running 100-mile ultra marathons," reports CEO, Steven
Sashen. "Then when you're done, you can roll 'em up and put them in your
pocket."
Adds co-founder and COO, Lena Phoenix, "You can't find
another sandal -- and definitely no flip flop -- that will let you do
all of that."
The company has been selling do-it-yourself
barefoot sandal kits and custom-made sandals on it's website for the
last 3.5 years,Latest collection of Michael Kors Hamilton. but Sensori and Sensori Cloud are the first retail-ready products in their line.
Sashen
says, "You can take these off the shelf, slide them on your foot, cinch
up the lacing for a perfect fit, and you're ready to feel the freedom,
the fun, and feel the world."
Product designer, and former head
of global product design for Crocs, Dennis Driscoll says, "We were able
to analyze over 4,000 foot tracings from our customers to create the
perfect ergonomic shape for our new products." Analysis revealed that
most sandal companies place the toe post in wrong location.
While
the Sensori is a performance-friendly product, the designs -- including
Core Colors with colored accents, Marbled Madness with camo and other
"patchwork" colors, and translucent rubber -- are attractive enough for
fashion wear.
The Sensori Cloud adds a thin layer of cushioning
in the forefoot area, for those who want an extra-comfortable sandal
that allows for total natural, barefoot-style, movement.
Both products are slated for release shortly. A number of patents are pending for Xero Shoes products.

the public performance.
Ms. Dye describes the inspiration and concept of Walk In My Shoes:
“The stories I hear from people are fascinating, and some are
unbelievable! I wanted to find a way to share the stories so people
realize we are more alike than we are different. Each performer will
tell someone else’s story rather than his or her own. In other words,
someone who has faced homelessness tells the story of someone who has
never been there.welcome to replica shoes web, best service and low prices. All the performers are walking in someone else’s shoes.”
